  • Publication number: 20250127141
Abstract: A combination feeder can selectively broadcast feed, time-feed into feed troughs, and use an adaptable vibrator plate with a motor to feed a variety of feeds. A feeding device can comprise a hopper, a feed trough, a conversion box assembly that can be connected to the hopper, a motor, and one or more feed outlet openings connected to the conversion box assembly. The conversion box assembly can have one or more flaps that can be transitioned between a raised and a lowered position allowing the feeding device to transition from trough feeding to broadcast feeding.

  • Patent number: 10321545
Abstract: A variably controlled lighting mechanism, sometimes referenced as a hog light, may be attached to the underside of a feeder and used in non-daylight hours to provide selective illumination through more than one color of LED light that may be inset within the hog light. The hog light may include one or more sensors that may be triggered based on motion by animals within the vicinity of the hog light. The hog light may then turn on and stay lit for a specified length of time or until no further movement is detected. A wireless remote may include a series of inputs that may control various aspects of the hog light, particularly to illuminate the different LED lights that are integrated within the hog light, as well as to control the motor and/or feeder. The hog light also may be manually operated to selectively illuminate the different LED lights.

  • Patent number: 9462783
Abstract: A wildlife feeder having a hopper, a manifold, and a removed head at a removed end of the manifold. The hopper is designed to enclose particulate feed, such as corn, for dispensing through the manifold and head to wildlife. The head has a multiplicity of feed troughs and each feed trough has an angled top wall and an angled bottom wall, angled with respect to a longitudinal axis of the manifold and a plane of a tabular floor of the head. The head may include a perforated material to assist in allowing moisture and dust to escape from the feed.
