The waistband can include an exterior surface at least partially covered with a garment movement-inhibiting material configured to prevent sliding movement of a shirt across the exterior surface. The waistband can also include an interior surface at least partially covered with a garment non-inhibiting material. The waistband can be circumferentially foldable towards the bottom to selectively expose one of the garment movement-inhibiting material and the garment non-inhibiting material.
