The inner tray may include a tab, a first protrusion, and a second protrusion. The first protrusion may be disposed on the tab. The inner tray may be inserted through the opening into the recess of the outer shell such that the first protrusion is disposed within the hole of the first wall to fix the inner tray to the outer shell and the second protrusion is disposed within the notch.
