  • Patent number: 11241103
Abstract: An enclosure or display cabinet for displaying heated objects (such as a food display module or container) using heat-sensitive lighting is disclosed herein. The heat-sensitive lighting may be, for example, an LED lighting unit. LED lighting is inefficient and tends to degrade or fail when operating at higher temperatures. However, LED lighting may be preferred as it is typically more energy efficient than other lighting options (such as incandescent bulbs). The lighting unit includes a thermally insulated space, shelf, or gap for housing the lighting and a system for reducing heat generated by the display or the lighting unit.

  • Publication number: 20220018700
Abstract: A sensor assembly for determining the level of oil in a filter pan is disclosed herein. The assembly includes a load cell for sensing the amount of oil in the filter pan. The filter pan is pivotable about an end of the pan within a frame for supporting cooking equipment. The load cell is attached on one end to the frame. The assembly also includes a lever pivotable about a fulcrum, such that the first end of the lever supports the other end of the oil filter pan, and the second end of the lever urges against the load cell.

  • Patent number: 8669452
Abstract: A drum rug lays flat for a performance, and includes a rigid drum stop extending upwards from the front edge to prevent the bass drum from edging forward during a performance. The drum rug includes left and right flaps that can be releasably connected to drum rug left and right edges to form an enclosure, with the flaps forming the ends of the enclosure and the body of the drum rug forming the sides of the enclosure. Equipment can be placed in the enclosure for carrying, and the drum rug can be laid flat to support drums for performances.
