  • Patent number: 11630680
Abstract: A method, apparatus and computer program product for modifying a user interface in a web browsing session is described. During a learning session with a first user, a user model is created. The user model includes associating user movement of the first user with a set of user focus types. During the web browsing session with the first user, the system determines that a first user focus of the set of user focus types in the user model is appropriate to modify a web application user interface to present a priority user interface element in the user interface. The web application user interface is modified according to the first user focus.

  • Patent number: 11630867
Abstract: A machine learning model repeatedly scans data exhaust for workstations (for which there are retention requirements regarding data exhaust) over a period of time. The machine learning model analyzes the respective data exhaust and the retention requirements to determine respective data exhaust logging parameters for each workstation. The machine learning model monitors respective data exhaust activity for each workstation over a subsequent period of time. An instance is identified in which logging activity of data exhaust for an identified workstation fails the retention requirements. An ameliorative action designed to satisfy the respective retention requirements for the identified workstation is executed.

  • Patent number: 11625237
Abstract: A computer generates a profile, where the profile comprises one or more programs to monitor. The computer determines a baseline for each of the one or more programs by collecting one or more values associated with a normal operation for each of the one or more programs. The computer detects an anomaly based on deviation of the one or more values from the normal operation. Based on identifying a playbook for the anomaly, the computer applies the playbook on the program from the one or more programs. The computer organizes chat services based on identifying one or more members associated with the anomaly.

  • Patent number: 11620456
Abstract: Systems and methods of the invention determine evasiveness of postings and manage chat sessions accordingly. In embodiments, a method includes accessing a real-time text-based discourse session comprised of multiple text-based posts published by participants, the posts including a question from an author and responses from at least one respondent; determining relationships between words in the text-based discourse session utilizing corpus linguistics analysis; determining a frequency of the responses of the at least one respondent over time; determining an evasiveness score for each of the responses based on natural language processing of the responses, wherein each of the evasiveness scores indicate a level of relevance of a response with respect to the question; determining rankings for each of the responses based on the determined relationships of words, the frequency of the responses, and the evasiveness scores; and determining a display order for the responses based on the rankings of the responses.

  • Patent number: 11620770
Abstract: A topic being discussed by a presenter during a presentation is determined, where the presentation relates to a software application. A software object of the software application that is associated with the topic is identified. The software object is located at a position of a screen of a user that is consuming the presentation. The software object is located at this position as a result of the software object being graphically generated on a local instance of the software application. • Patent number: 11590663
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments provide techniques for virtual reality enabled activity allocation. A camera system monitors a physical environment from multiple angles, generating real-time video feeds of the physical environment. A real-time virtual reality environment (RTVRE) rendering system utilizes the real-time video feeds as input to create a virtual reality environment that is representative of the physical environment. A user performs an action in the virtual environment that corresponds to a task to be performed in the physical environment. A computer-implemented virtual reality control management system assesses the task and assigns the task to an electromechanical device that is best-suited to perform the task, based on a scoring algorithm. This enables actions such as remote monitoring and control of a premises. Thus, disclosed embodiments improve the technical field of remote monitoring and control of a premises.

  • Patent number: 11563781
Abstract: Provided are a computer program product, system, and method for setting timers based on processing of communications using natural language processing. A communication is detected from a communicating participant transmitted within a group communication session implemented in a computer network in which the communicating participant is communicating with an additional participant through the group communication session. A natural language processor (NLP) module processes the detected communication to determine words comprising an expressed temporal commitment of the communicating participant. The expressed temporal commitment does not express a computer implemented command verb to perform an operation related to setting a time variable. A timer is set, in a computer user interface of the additional participant, to a time value based on the expressed temporal commitment in the detected communication.
