  • Publication number: 20250045848
Abstract: A property management software system (PMSS) receives, from a client device connected to the PMSS, a request associated with a property management task, identifies a workflow corresponding to the property management task, the workflow comprising a sequence of operations, generates a prompt based on the request, the workflow, and additional contextual data from the PMSS, and provides the prompt as an input to a generative AI model agent, the generative AI model agent to execute the sequence of operations to perform the property management task.

  • Patent number: 12196573
Abstract: In examples, a method comprises receiving input from a first user relating to a first variable of a first portion of a road network, determining first semantic data associated with the first variable, determining the absence of a lock for the first portion based on the first semantic data, and causing a first lock to be implemented for the first portion based on the first semantic data. The first lock in examples indicates that users other than the first user are to be prevented from making changes to a first set of variables of the first portion that are associated with the first semantic data.

  • Publication number: 20240278993
Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided for sorting items to a plurality of sort bins. After the items are sorted into the sort bins the sort bins may be automatically emptied into separate containers. Alternatively, the sort bins may be discharged from the apparatus to be processed at a remote destination. The apparatus may include a plurality of delivery vehicles for delivering items to the sort bins. The apparatus may further include a plurality of retrieval vehicles for retrieving the sort bins after all the items for a grouping are sorted to the bin. The retrieval vehicles may be configured to move the retrieved bins to one or more discharge stations where the items in the sort bins may be emptied into separate containers such as boxes for shipping the items.

  • Patent number: 9915991
Abstract: A power state management system of an electronic system is coupled to a plug load device and a method for operation of the same. The system includes a context clock to adjust a duty cycle of the electronic system for controlling the power states of the electronic system for more efficient use of electricity. The context clock is responsive to user input, multiple event driven activities or an external protocol determined policy or command. Interface circuitry communicates user input, multiple event driven activities or an external protocol determined policy or command to the context clock. Interface circuitry also communicates commands to the managed plug load device or devices.

  • Publication number: 20070279140
Abstract: A ?-flap type nano/micro mechanical device with a lower electrode 1,1a, 1b, an upper electrode layer 2, an dielectric layer 3 arranged between the lower electrode 1,1a,1b and the upper layer 2, such that the dielectric layer 3 and said upper electrode layer—2 form a layered body 4, the layered body 4 comprising a horizontal recess 5 in a side portion of the dielectric layer 3, and an overhanging portion 6 of reduced thickness over the recess 5 that forms a gap 5a; such that the overhanging portion 6 forms a ?-flap 6a which extends over the gap 5a. The device is a capacitative-based device in which the mechanical motion can be measured at room temperature and without monolithic integration thereof with an integrated circuit but that can be easily integrated with complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) circuitry.
