  • Patent number: 11978121
Abstract: A system for enabling real-time iterative collaborative decision support. The system includes one or more processors and memory storing instructions for receiving a connection request from a client device; establishing a first connection with the client device, including populating a first user interface of the client device, wherein the first user interface corresponds to the first workspace; broadcasting availability of the client device to two or more coach devices; in response to the broadcast, receiving a connection request from a first coach device; and in response to receiving the connection request from the first coach device, establishing a second connection with the first coach device, including populating a second user interface of the first coach device, wherein the second user interface corresponds to the first workspace and includes an element not included in the first user interface of the client device.

  • Publication number: 20220157435
Abstract: Systems and methods herein describe a mental health management system. The mental health management system accesses patient data associated with a patient from a database, determines that the patient is associated with a trigger event, identifies a category associated with the trigger event, generates a notification based on the trigger event and the identified category, validates the notification based on a notification history and transmits the notification to a computing device.

  • Publication number: 20220028513
Abstract: A digital health solution system includes: a virtual pharmacy comprising one or more processors configured to operate a web portal for user devices via a network, the web portal serving as a marketplace for products and services available from vendors for consumption by users; a transaction processing module configured to: receive, via a network, a transaction from a vendor regarding one or more of the products and services consumed by one or more users via the virtual pharmacy for payment to the vendor; adjudicate the transaction using adjudication rules stored in memory; bill an entity for the use of the one or more of the products and services associated with the one or more users when the adjudication of the transaction passes; and transmit, via a network, a response regarding the transaction to the vendor.

  • Publication number: 20200038491
Abstract: The present invention provides methods of reducing liver fibrosis in a human patient with a lysosomal acid lipase (LAL) deficiency comprising administering sebelipase alfa to the patient, wherein the patient has been determined to have at least a one point reduction (e.g., a ?1 point reduction or a ?2 point reduction) in Ishak fibrosis stage after administration compared to a baseline Ishak fibrosis stage obtained from the patient prior to administration. Also provided are methods of treating a human patient with a lysosomal acid lipase (LAL) deficiency comprising administering sebelipase alfa to the patient, wherein the patient has been determined to have at least a one point reduction (e.g., a ?1 point reduction or a ?2 point reduction) in Ishak fibrosis stage after administration compared to a baseline Ishak fibrosis stage obtained from the patient prior to administration.

  • Patent number: 10000703
Abstract: The present invention provides an improved catalytic fast pyrolysis process for increased yield of useful and desirable products, while greatly reducing or eliminating fouling of various critical process lines which are likely to transfer heavy hydrocarbons, aromatics and oxygenates. The process comprises steps including feeding a fluid solvent stream having a Snyder Polarity Index of at least 2.4 to one or more of i) the raw fluid product stream from a catalytic fast pyrolysis process fluidized bed reactor to a first separation system, ii) the fluid product stream from the first separation system to a quench vapor/liquid separation system, iii) the vapor phase stream from the quench vapor/liquid separation system to a product recovery system, and, optionally, to the spent catalyst steam stripping system upstream of the catalyst regeneration system.
