Abstract: Personal care compositions and, particularly, personal care compositions having a concentrated formulation are disclosed herein. In accordance with an aspect of the disclosure, provided is a personal care composition having from about 30 to about 95 wt. % of a surfactant system comprising: an anionic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant, and a nonionic surfactant; and from about 5 to about 35 wt. % of a polyol, wherein the personal care composition has a weight ratio of the anionic surfactant to the amphoteric surfactant ranging from about 3:1 to about 1:4 and a weight ratio of the anionic surfactant to the nonionic surfactant ranging from about 3:1 to 1:2, wherein all weight percentages are based on the total weight of the personal care composition.

Abstract: Personal care composition and methods of use are disclosed herein. In accordance with an aspect of the invention, provided is a personal care composition comprising from about 30 to about 85 wt. % of a surfactant system including a sulfate based anionic surfactant, and a non-sulfate based anionic surfactant; xanthan gum; and optionally, a fatty ester, wherein the personal care composition has a weight ratio of sulfate based anionic surfactant to non-sulfate based anionic surfactant ranging from about 8:1 to about 1:1, and all weight percentages are based on the total weight of the personal care composition.
