The portions, e.g., corner portions, of the one or more outer flaps are bent at pre-established angles and locations to align with the openings in the one or more inner flaps to ensure minimal gaps in the packaging case once the portions have been inserted into the openings in the inner top flaps, thereby assuring the minimal gaps to help preserve the quality of the product.
