  • Publication number: 20250213843
Abstract: The disclosed technology includes an insertion tool including a first body comprising a hemostatic valve configured to receive a flexible shaft and prevent fluid from flowing past the hemostatic valve. The insertion tool can include a second body coupled to the first body, with the second body including: a chamber, a guide tube smaller than the chamber, and a valve. The guide tube can be connected distal to the chamber and along a longitudinal axis of the second body to guide a flexible shaft into a sheath and the valve can be disposed at least partially in the guide tube. The valve can be biased to a closed position and upon insertion of a flexible shaft through the valve to prevent fluid from flowing past the valve.

  • Publication number: 20250009381
Abstract: A system includes a sheath comprising a handle and a catheter tube, an intralumenal device with a shaft of a predetermined geometry and configured to traverse through the handle and the catheter tube, and a sensor assembly disposed approximate the handle and configured to determine a length of insertion of the intralumenal device within the sheath to thereby determine a position of a distal end of the shaft.

  • Patent number: 11771910
Abstract: A recharging system for recharging batteries or providing power to an implantable device includes an electric coil adapted to be coupled to the implantable device, the electric coil defining a coil interior and a coil exterior. A magnetic component is coupled to the electric coil and adapted to at least partially surround the implantable device. A mechanical actuator is attached to the magnetic component, the mechanical actuator converting compression motion into motion of the magnetic component relative to the electric coil.
