  • Publication number: 20250246170
Abstract: A tool for torquing a rotatable element has a first bit and an opposite second bit, and housing. The first and second bits are rotationally fixed relative to each other and rotatable relative to the housing. A third stationary bit is included that is fixed relative to the housing. The first and second are operationally connected with a one way bearing assembly having a wound cord with a portion exposed from the housing. A user can operate the first and second bits by pulling the cord, causing the bearing assembly and first and second bits to rotate in a common absolute direction. The first bit can be connected to an element to rotate the element in a first installation direction when the cord is extended, and the second bit can be connected to the element to rotate the element in an opposite second installation direction when the cord is extended.

  • Publication number: 20250124898
Abstract: A percussion pad assembly has a beatable membrane maintained within a frame. A resilient pad may be included beneath the membrane with a lower plate or other member to trap the pad with the membrane. The tension of the membrane is adjustable by tension rods accessible from underneath, which may act upon a bearing ring positioned within the frame against the membrane. The lower plate is removable to allow access to the resilient pad for removal and/or replacement. The frame may include multiple portions that are separable to allow access to the resilient pad, bearing ring and membrane.

  • Patent number: 11309672
Abstract: An adjustable and reusable electrical assembly has an electrical unit, such as a plug unit or light unit, configured to engage with a cable. The electrical unit has a body that defines a channel connecting opposite pass-through openings. A first contact member and a second contact member are positioned with at least a portion in the body, each contact member having a piercing member. The cable is engageable with the plug unit extending through the channel with one piercing member in conductive contact with one wire and the other piercing member in conductive contact with the other wire. The cable can be disengaged from the plug unit and re-engaged at a different transverse position to change the length of the assembly.

  • Patent number: 10847127
Abstract: A telescopically adjustable board for mounting musical instrument pedals includes a first inner rail-outer rail pair. The outer rail has a tubular shape defining a hollow track and the inner rail is slidably received within the hollow track with the outer rail circumscribing the inner rail. Each of the inner rail and outer rail is configured to fixably attach to a musical effects pedal. The board may include a second inner rail-outer rail pair substantially parallel to and spaced from the first inner rail-outer rail pair. The inner rails are slidable relative to the outer rails between a fully extended position and a fully retracted position to adjust the longitudinal length of the board.
