  • Patent number: 10434927
Abstract: The adjustment system comprises at least one pair of adjustment apparatuses. For each optical assembly, one adjustment apparatus is adapted to turn the optical assembly around the turning axis (?; ?) independently of the other optical assembly. The adjustment system further comprises an additional adjustment apparatus connected to a first adjustment apparatus and adapted to transfer its movement to the movement of this adjustment apparatus; and a connecting member connected to the additional adjustment apparatus and to a second adjustment apparatus at the same time, and adapted to transfer the movement of the additional adjustment apparatus to the movement of the second adjustment apparatus (.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: August 23, 2018
Date of Patent: October 8, 2019
    Assignee: Varroc Lighting Systems, s.r.o.

  • Patent number: 4664810
Abstract: Method of separating heavy metals from complex-forming substance of aminocarboxylic acid type, or salts thereof in aqueous solutions, as well as a method of removing heavy metals from the solutions containing said complex-forming substance. A solution containing heavy metals in complex form and complex-forming substances of aminocarboxylic acid type is contacted with a ion exchanger having polyethyleneimine active groups, whereupon free non-complexed heavy metal cations are displaced out of said ion exchanger by an acid solution of 0.5-30 percent concentration, and the ion exchanger is converted back into its active form by a solution of an alkali hydroxide, carbonate, or hydrogen carbonate of 0.5-30 percent concentration.

  • Patent number: 4407978
Abstract: Polymeric polydonor complexons having more than six sites in a structural unit are described. The complexons are of the formulae: ##STR1## wherein P is a linear or three-dimensional polymeric skeleton, x is oxygen or an ##STR2## group wherein R is hydrogen, an alkyl group of 1-6 carbon atoms, a phenyl group or a substituted phenyl group. The described complexons are obtained by reaction of a polymeric compound of the formula P --XH wherein P and X are as defined above with a dianhydride of the corresponding complexon in the presence of a tertiary amine and, optionally, an inert solvent.
