The air-guiding element (9) has a contact edge (9c) extending in a lateral direction (y) for contacting the exterior surface (4) of the vehicle (1) in the driving position, wherein the rear spoiler device (8) can be mounted completely on a rear door of the vehicle, the air-guiding element (9, 19) being designed in a multi-layer manner.
