  • Publication number: 20240078200
Abstract: Disclosed are a memory operating method, memory and electronic device. The memory complies with a read-write parallel protocol and includes a plurality of memory banks, and the method includes: sequentially mapping read and write transactions for consecutive logical addresses to different banks according to a predetermined transmission bit width by an address decoder, and arbitrating the read transaction and write transaction mapped to the same bank in a current clock cycle by an arbitration circuit, wherein in case that a specific low address bits of the logical address are the same, the read and/or the write transaction are mapped to the same bank. The disclosure avoids long-term occupation of a certain physical bank with specific low address decoding solution, thereby improving the execution efficiency of the read-write parallel protocol. Furthermore, an arbitration mechanism is introduced to arbitrate read and write conflicts for the same memory bank in each clock cycle.

  • Patent number: 11774380
Abstract: A diffraction analysis device and a method for a full-field X-ray fluorescence imaging analysis are disclosed. The device includes a switching assembly, collimation assemblies, an X-ray source, an X-ray detector, a laser indicator, and a computer control system. The switching assembly combines with the collimation assemblies to achieve a functional effect that is previously achieved by two different types of devices through only one device by changing the positioning layout of the X-ray source and the X-ray detector. The full-field X-ray fluorescence imaging analysis can be realized, and the crystal phase composition information and the element distribution imaging information of the sample can be quickly obtained through the same device without scanning, which not only greatly improves the utilization rate of each assembly in the device, reduces the assemblies cost of the device, makes the device structure more compact, but also greatly improves the analysis efficiency and detection accuracy.

  • Publication number: 20230271139
Abstract: A distillation device and method of manufacturing a distillation device is disclosed. The distillation device includes at least one spiral wound membrane distillation (MD) unit. The spiral wound MD unit includes a perforated center tube concentric to a cylindrical housing and a plurality of effects spirally wound around the center tube. Each of the effects include a vapor permeable membrane, a feed spacer disposed on the vapor permeable membrane, a permeate spacer, and a heat exchange film. The permeate spacer is disposed between the vapor permeable membrane and the heat exchange film. Distillation of a feed fluid by the plurality of effects deposits a condensate fluid into the center tube.

  • Publication number: 20230222529
Abstract: An online concierge system allows users to order items from a warehouse, which may have multiple warehouse locations. The online concierge system provides a user interface to users for ordering the items, with the user interface providing an indication of whether an item is predicted to be available at the warehouse at different times. To predict availability of an item model at different times, the online concierge system selects data from historical information about availability of items at one or more warehouses based on temporal, geospatial, and socioeconomic information about observations of historical availability of items at warehouses. The online concierge system accounts for distances between observations and a time and geographic location in a feature space to select observations for predicting item availability at the time and the geographic location.

  • Publication number: 20230222086
Abstract: An I2C wake-up circuit, method and electronic device are disclosed. The I2C wake-up circuit includes: a clock wake-up circuit, configured to send a clock wake-up signal to a clock circuit in response to detecting a start signal on a serial clock line SCL and a serial data line SDA; and a signal hold circuit, configured to hold the serial data line SDA in a state of not transmitting address information until a clock signal sent by the clock circuit that is wake-up is received. The present I2C wake-up solution can realize normal data reception through a simple hardware circuit without a specific address wake-up and maximize power saving by turning on the clock when there is access and turning off the clock when the access ends.

  • Publication number: 20210240853
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to methods and apparatus for centralized de-identification of protected data associated with subjects. In various embodiments, de-identified data may be received (1102) that includes de-identified data set(s) associated with subject(s) that is generated from raw data set(s) associated with the subjects. Each of the raw data set(s) may include identifying feature(s) that are usable to identify the respective subject. At least some of the identifying feature(s) may be absent from or obfuscated in the de-identified data. Labels associated with each of the de-identified data sets may be determined (1104). At least some of the de-identified data sets may be applied (1108) as input across a trained machine learning model to generate respective outputs, which may be compared (1110) to the labels to determine a measure of vulnerability of the de-identified data to re-identification.
