Abstract: A power communication method includes a first node that receives a first multicast frame. The first multicast frame includes multicast member information and a payload of a multicast member. When the multicast member information indicates that the multicast includes the first node, the first node sends response information. The response information indicates whether one or more units in the payload are correctly received. When the multicast member information indicates that the first node is not a multicast member, no response information is sent.

One end of each of the first channels is coupled to a corresponding one of the second ends, and the other end is coupled to a corresponding one of the second couplers. Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a data transmission method applied to power line communication, and a power line communication apparatus and system. The data transmission method includes: a power line node generates a data frame, where the data frame includes a first field, a second field, and a third field, the first field is used to carry a modulation parameter, the second field is used to carry, in a bit mapping manner, identification information that is of at least one destination node of current multicast and that is configured by the power line node, and the third field is used to carry service data; and the power line node sends the data frame to a node in a power line communication network. According to the data transmission method, data can be efficiently transmitted to a plurality of destination nodes to save bandwidth.

A master device allocates a first time-frequency resource block to a terminal device, where the first time-frequency resource block is determined based on an available frequency band locally stored in the master device, the available frequency band includes M consecutive subcarriers, each OFDM symbol in the first time-frequency resource block includes N discrete subcarriers in frequency domain, and M is greater than N; and the master device transmits data to the terminal device on the first time-frequency resource block.

Abstract: This application relates to a method, an apparatus, and a system of power line communication (PLC) for the internet of things (IoT). The method includes: A sending device receives a first request from a receiving device, where the first request requests to perform channel assessment in a first time window in a power line communication periodicity; in response to the first request, the sending device sends a sounding signal required for performing channel assessment to the receiving device; the sending device receives a modulation parameter from the receiving device, where the modulation parameter is determined by performing channel assessment based on the sounding signal; and the sending device performs data transmission with the receiving device in the first time window based on the modulation parameter.
