    Abstract: A method of preparing a color toner by: a) preparing an anionic polymer composite emulsion comprising wax with a wax particle and nanosilica as core by in situ emulsion polymerization; b) preparing a cationic polymer composite emulsion comprising colorant with a colorant and nanosilica as core by in situ emulsion polymerization; c) agglutinating the anionic polymer composite emulsion comprising wax and the cationic polymer composite emulsion comprising colorant; and d) filtering, washing, and drying the product obtained in c). The color toner prepared by this method. The color toner has high development density, high resolution, low bottom ash, low waste rate, and low consumption, and is easy to recover and recycle.

In the invention, the charge control agent has excellent charge control properties and the characteristics of uniform crystalline size, high charge speed, high thermo stability, low moisture absorption, and good compatibility with resin. The toner of the invention has excellent electrical characteristics and produces stable image of high quality under a wide range of environmental conditions without dusting and fogging.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for producing an electrostatic image developing toner comprising: agglutinating wax and resin particles in aqueous medium; manufacturing a toner composed of wax and resin for developing an electrostatic image, wherein the wax is inside colorants. The method solves the problems of existing toner for developing an electrostatic image, such as low dispersion and easy detachment of colorants, low image density, the contamination of carriers and developing sleeves and low durability. The toner of the invention has high roll viscosity resistance and durability, and the colorants will not detach.
