    Abstract: The invention relates to a low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) device comprising a first dielectric layer having a first electrode, a second dielectric layer having a second electrode, wherein the first dielectric layer and the second dielectric layer are arranged so that the first electrode and the second electrode overlap with each other to form a coupled structure, wherein the two electrodes are asymmetric in configuration, with the first electrode being smaller than the second electrode in at least one dimension. The invention also relates to a method in preparing such a LTCC composition.
