  • Publication number: 20230387349
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a combined epitaxial growth system having multiple reaction chambers, an operation method, a device, and a manufactured chip and an application thereof. With a special metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) machine, a group III-V compound epi-wafer and a group II-VI compound epi-wafer are sequentially grown on a substrate. A time interval a at which multiple group III-V compound reaction chambers are sequentially started is the same as growth time y of the group II-VI compound epi-wafer. With the multi-chamber and stepwise manner, not only are a group III-V compound and a group II-VI compound deposited in the reaction chambers more effectively, but the time division multiplexing (TDM), effective integration of the stepwise process, and capacity matching are also implemented. The present disclosure further provides a combined epitaxial growth device having multiple reaction chambers, including a first growth device, a feeding device and a second growth device.

  • Publication number: 20230159355
Abstract: A collimation type disinfection and water purification device includes a reactor cavity. The reactor cavity is in a linear shape extending in a front side direction and a rear side direction. A water inlet and a water outlet are respectively formed in side walls of a front side and a rear side of the reactor cavity. Ultraviolet (UV) modules are arranged at end parts of the reactor cavity. The UV module includes a radiation component and a Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lens. The radiated UV light can enter the reactor cavity in a collimation manner by using a design that the radiation component is matched with the TIR lens, which improves the disinfection efficiency.

  • Patent number: 9366189
Abstract: In one embodiment, a system for reducing pressure oscillations within a gas turbine engine includes at least one fuel injector configured to inject fuel into a combustor. The system also includes a valve fluidly coupled to the at least one fuel injector. The system further includes a controller communicatively coupled to the valve. The controller is configured to cycle the valve between an open position and a closed position at a first frequency and a first duty cycle while a magnitude of pressure oscillations within the combustor is less than a threshold value, to cycle the valve between the open position and the closed position at a second frequency and a second duty cycle while the magnitude of the pressure oscillations within the combustor is greater than or equal to the threshold value, and to adjust the second frequency based on a measured frequency of the pressure oscillations.
