    Abstract: A foldable apparatus and an electronic device are provided in the present disclosure. The foldable apparatus includes a rotating shaft base and two main bodies disposed at two opposite sides of the rotating shaft base. Each main body is provided with a decorative member rotatably connected with the rotating shaft base and a housing slidably connected with the decorative member. The decorative member is disposed at an outer side of the housing and covers an edge of the housing close to the rotating shaft base. When the two main bodies are unfolded relative to each other, two housing respectively retract relative to two decorative members and respectively rotate along with the two decorative members to be close to the rotating shaft base, and the two decorative members rotate relative to the rotating shaft base to a flush state where a gap is defined between the two decorative members.

The rotating mechanism supports the back face of the bendable area. The rotating mechanism is configured to rotate around two rotating center axes spaced apart in parallel. The bendable area is configured to bend with rotation of the rotating mechanism. The screen body layer is a neutral layer of the flexible screen during bending of the flexible screen. A flexible display device is also provided.
