    Abstract: Provided in the present invention is a use of methyl 4-[9-(6-aminopuryl)]-2(s)-hydroxybutyrate in the preparation of a medicament for treating psoriasis and vitiligo. More specifically, the present invention uses mice whose psoriasis is induced by an imiquimod cream to observe a changing condition in skin lesions on the psoriasis-like mice, according to a psoriasis skin lesion area of the mice and grading standards for disease severity; the present invention also observes a proportion of lymphocytes in the spleens and cytokines in skin lesion tissues of the mice. A good therapeutic effect may be obtained by treating typical cases of vitiligo with an ointment of methyl 4-[9-(6-aminopuryl)]-2(s)-hydroxybutyrate. Results show that methyl 4-[9-(6-aminopuryl)]-2(s)-hydroxybutyrate used in the present invention has a good therapeutic effect on psoriasis and vitiligo, as well as a favorable prospect in clinical application.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a use of artemisinin derivatives, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment or adjuvant treatment of inflammatory bowel disease. In an animal model of inflammatory bowel disease induced by dextran sulfate sodium (DSS), the experimental results of the artemisinin derivative, or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, of the present invention showed that oral gavage administration can effectively alleviate colitis symptoms of IBD mice such as weight loss, diarrhea, and hematochezia, reduce pathological damage in colon tissue, inhibit the infiltration of inflammatory cells in colon tissue of IBD mice, and downregulate levels of disease-related proinflammatory cytokines.

    Abstract: A high-elongation rate aluminum alloy material and preparation method thereof. The high-elongation aluminum alloy material contains, in weight percentage, 0.30-1.20% of iron, 0.03-0.10% of silicon, 0.01-0.30% of rare earth elements, namely cerium and lanthanum, and the remaining aluminum and inevitable impurities. The aluminum alloy is made from materials through a fusion casting process and a half-annealing treatment. An aluminum alloy conductor made thereof has a high-elongation rate and good safety and stability in use.
