  • Publication number: 20230046438
Abstract: A method for predicting the cell spatial relation based on single-cell transcriptome sequencing data includes the steps of obtaining a probability matrix P of a cell-cell interaction strength matrix A based on single-cell transcriptome sequencing data; reconstructing, according to the obtained probability matrix P of the cell-cell interaction strength matrix A, a three-dimensional spatial structure in which cells interact with each other; and for each cell in the reconstructed three-dimensional spatial structure in which cells interact with each other, determining the intercellular distance threshold for each cell to interact with h cells on average to obtain an intercellular interaction network. The method requires only the single-cell transcriptome sequencing data to predict the interaction of the cells in three-dimensional space, which breaks the limitation of the existing technology that needs to obtain the spatial relationship of cells through imaging.

  • Patent number: 10217018
Abstract: A set of input images are acquired sequentially as image tensors. A low-tubal rank tensor and a sparse tensor are initialized using the image tensor, wherein the low-tubal rank tensor is a tensor product of a low-rank spanning tensor basis and corresponding tensor coefficients, and for each image, updating iteratively the image tensor, the tensor coefficients, and the sparse tensor using the image tensor and the low-rank spanning basis from a previous iteration. The spanning tensor basis is updated using the tensor coefficients, the sparse tensor, and the low rank tubal tensor, wherein the low rank tubal tensor represents a set of output images and the sparse tensor representing a set of sparse images.

  • Patent number: 8398982
Abstract: The present invention is directed to compositions of matter useful for the diagnosis and treatment of tumor in mammals and to methods of using those compositions of matter for the same. TAT113 polypeptides comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 are disclosed. Antibodies that bind TAT113 polypeptides, including monoclonal, chimeric, humanized, single chain, and other antibodies, and fragments thereof, are disclosed. Methods of identifying antibodies that bind epitopes bound by such antibodies, including the antibodies produced by hybridoma cell lines disclosed in the application, are provided, wherein the ability of one antibody to block the binding of another antibody to a TAT113 polypeptide indicates that one antibody binds to an epitope bound by the other antibody.
