  • Publication number: 20240283349
Abstract: A controller includes a first circuit that receives first and second input signals and generates an output pulse based on the first and second input signals. A timer circuit of the controller generates the first input signal for the first circuit. A second circuit of the controller generates the second input signal for the first circuit. In response to the second input signal being set to a first value, smaller than a second value, the first circuit sets the output pulse to the second value and start a first duration. In response to the second input signal being set to the second value and the first input signal changing from the first value to the second value, the first circuit sets the output pulse to the first value to end the first duration and start a second duration such that the second duration is maintained more than a time limit.

  • Patent number: 7667245
Abstract: A driving circuit of a liquid crystal display panel includes a substrate, a plurality of driver IC chips located on the substrate, a current supplier, and a first conductive wire set. The first conductive wire set has a plurality of conductive wire segments for connecting the driver IC chips in parallel to the current supplier. Furthermore, the conductive wire segments each have a form, such that paths formed of the conductive wire segments from the current supplier to the respective driver IC chips have an equal resistance, and, accordingly, each of the driver IC chips obtain the same input voltage. Hence, a problem of band mura is avoided.

Wherein, the TFT includes a gate, a first and a second dielectric layer, a semiconductor layer, a source, and a drain. Especially, the semiconductor layer has a body part and at least one extending part connected to thereof. The extending part is protruded from the edge of the body part disposed between the source and the drain. In addition, at least one contact hole is disposed in the second dielectric layer for exposing the extending part, and the first dielectric layer, the semiconductor layer, and the second dielectric layer at the extending part are removed through the contact hole. So, leakage current can be effectively reduced, thereby raising the Ion/Ioff ratio of the pixel structure.

  • Patent number: 7141954
Abstract: A battery charger controller is coupled to DC output terminals of an AC-DC (or DC-DC) adapter containing an AC-DC (or DC-DC) converter. A controlled current flow path between input and output terminals of the battery charger controller circuit is controlled to provide a substantially constant current to charge the battery to a nominal battery voltage. When a constant voltage output of the said adapter transitions to a value that limits available charging current to a value less than programmed constant charging current, current flow drive for the controlled current flow path is increased for a limited time interval. Thereafter, the controlled current flow path gradually reduces charging current as the battery voltage remains at its nominal battery voltage until the charge is complete or otherwise terminated.
