Abstract: An intelligent fecal solid-liquid separator for a cattle mattress bedding material production system and an operation method thereof. The cutting assembly is located directly above the first cutting groove. By setting a cutting assembly, the further extrusion is achieved to realize solid-liquid separation of separated solid waste. Further, by utilizing the cooperation between the pressing plate and the spring, it ensures the extrusion pressure of the waste spiral extrusion, thereby improving the accuracy of solid-liquid separation.
