Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the field of biotechnology. A Bacillus velezensis dry suspending agent is provided, which includes: bacterial cells collected after Bacillus velezensis is fermented and centrifuged, a wetting agent, a dispersing agent, a disintegrating agent, and a carrier. The wetting agent is an organic polymer sulfonate. The Bacillus velezensis dry suspending agent of the present disclosure has ideal wetting time, suspension rate, and spore content. Further, the dry suspending agent can maintain high spore survival rate in an environment of ultraviolet radiation. Moreover, a preparation method of a Bacillus velezensis dry suspending agent is further provided. The dry suspending agent can maintain high spore content under the conditions of selection and cooperation of suitable parameters.
