Abstract: The disclosure belongs to the technical field of medicine. Provided is a compound containing an oxo-pyrido-aliphatic ring or an aliphatic heterocyclic structure as represented by formula I, and R2, R3, X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, Y1, Y2, A, o and n are as defined in the description. The compound with the new structure described has excellent CGRP antagonistic activity, and has the potential to treat various CGRP-mediated diseases, especially migraines or neuropathic pain.
