    Abstract: A method for reducing frequency interference, and a communication satellite system. The method includes configuring the communication satellite system, determining a first range of areas in which a spatial isolation angle between the LEO satellite and the GEO satellite does not satisfy a minimum spatial isolation angle within service areas of the movable spot beams, enabling the movable spot beams to not enter the areas, and when the movable spot beams of the transmitting and receiving user antennas of multiple adjacent LEO satellites provide services to a same area, calculating a spatial isolation angles between the movable spot beams of the transmitting and receiving user antennas of any two adjacent LEO satellites, and in response to the spatial isolation angle not satisfying the minimum spatial isolation angle, assigning different sub-frequencies to the movable spot beams that do not satisfy the minimum spatial isolation angle.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a construction method and application of a microorganism capable of realizing high production of lacto-N-tetrose, belonging to the field of microbial genetic engineering. The present disclosure employs a strain which has been constructed in the early stage for efficiently producing a precursor lacto-N-triose II as an original strain to synthesize a key gene of the lacto-N-tetrose via over-expression, thus enabling the strain to have a synthesis capability of producing the lacto-N-tetrose. The present disclosure improves the synthesis of the lacto-N-tetrose by screening a high-efficiency ?-1,3-galactosyl transferase gene, and reasonably designing the co-expression of the ?-1,3-galactosyl transferase gene and a key UDP-glucose 4 epimerase gene (galE) for strengthening a UDP-galactose pathway on a vector pCDFDuet-1. In a shake flask experiment, the lacto-N-tetrose production capacity of Escherichia coli is 3.04 g/L. The lacto-N-tetrose yield in a 3 L fermentation tank reaches 25.49 g/L.

    Abstract: Three-dimensional (3D) hierarchical morphologies widely exist in natural and biomimetic materials, which impart preferential functions including liquid and mass transport, energy conversion, and signal transmission for various applications. While notable progress has been made in the design and manufacturing of various hierarchical materials, the state-of-the-art approaches suffer from limited materials selection, high costs, as well as low processing throughput. Herein, by harnessing the configurable elastic crack engineering-controlled formation and configuration of cracks in elastic materials, an effect normally avoided in various industrial processes, the present invention provides a facile and powerful technique to enable the faithful transfer of arbitrary hierarchical structures with broad material compatibility and structural and functional integrity.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for detecting fraudulent transactions in a transaction processing system. An example method generally includes receiving a request to process a transaction. An input data set including a vector representing the transaction and a plurality of vectors representing historical transactions is generated. The input data set is divided into a plurality of ragged tensors corresponding to non-overlapping time segments of variable length and having a plurality of vectors associated with dates within each time segment A reduced input data set is generated by generating, for each respective ragged tensor of the plurality of ragged tensors, a respective representative vector using max pooling over vectors in the ragged tensor. A fraudulent transaction score is generated based on the reduced input data set using a fraud detection model. The transaction is processed based, at least in part, on the fraudulent transaction score.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a sewage treatment process fault monitoring method based on fuzzy width adaptive learning model. Including “offline modeling” and “online monitoring” two stages. “Offline modeling” first uses a batch of normal data and 4 batches of fault data as training samples to train the network offline and label the data. After the network training is completed, the weight parameters are obtained for online monitoring. “Online monitoring” includes: using newly collected data as test data, using the same steps as offline training networks for online monitoring. The output result of online monitoring adopts one-hot encoding to realize zero-one discrimination of the output result of online monitoring, so as to realize fault monitoring. The present invention only needs to increase the number of enhanced nodes, reconstruct in an incremental manner, and does not need to retrain the entire network from the beginning.
