Publication number: 20240237729Abstract: The present invention relates to an aerosol-generating arrangement for generating an aerosol from an aerosol-forming liquid. The aerosol-generating arrangement comprises a liquid reservoir for storing aerosol-forming liquid and a capillary liquid conveyer for conveying aerosol-forming liquid from the liquid reservoir via a reservoir orifice to an evaporation section of the liquid conveyer outside the reservoir. The aerosol-generating arrangement further comprises an air duct for passing an airflow past the evaporation section. The liquid reservoir is a volume compensating liquid reservoir which is configured to counteract capillary imbibition of the capillary liquid conveyer. The air duct comprises an ejector portion including an air jet generating member and an expansion zone downstream the air jet generating member.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 10, 2022Publication date: July 18, 2024Applicant: Philip Morris Products S.A.Inventors: Ana Isabel GONZALEZ FLOREZ, Özgür ÖZSUN, Enrico TURRINI
