    Abstract: A controllable self-cleaning device for a flushing spray nozzle is provided and includes a self-cleaning pole and a manual control valve. The self-cleaning pole is disposed with an inlet and a flushing hole to clean the flushing spray nozzle. The inlet is connected to the flushing hole. The manual control valve is disposed with an inlet port to connect to the water source and a self-cleaning outlet port. The self-cleaning outlet port of the manual control valve is connected to the inlet of the self-cleaning pole. With the above structure, the outflow of the flushing hole of the self-cleaning pole by the manual control valve is manually controllable, so that the user can control the clean time of the self-cleaning pole manually. For a single cool cover, the controllable self-cleaning device includes the self-cleaning pole to clean the flushing spray nozzle.

The movable member includes third and fourth facing surfaces. When the exposure mechanism is disposed at the approach position, the biasing member allows the second and third facing surfaces to make a contact with the second and third contacting surfaces, respectively. When the exposure mechanism is disposed at the separation position, the biasing member allows the first and fourth facing surfaces to make a contact with the first and fourth contacting surfaces, respectively.

    Abstract: The present invention is related to microelectronic technologies, and discloses specifically a method of making a dynamic random access memory (DRAM) array. The DRAM array uses vertical MOS field effect transistors as array devices for the DRAM, and a buried metal silicide layer as buried bit lines for connecting multiple consecutive vertical MOS field effect transistor array devices. Each of the vertical MOS field-effect-transistor array devices includes a double gate structure with a buried layer of metal, which acts at the same time as buried word lines for the DRAM array. The DRAM array according to the present invention provides increased DRAM integration density, reduced buried bit line resistivity, and improved memory performance of the array devices.

First and second electrical contacts are positioned in the cavity with portions overlapping against a heater. A metallic heat transfer sleeve formed separately from the base and cover is positioned radially outward and around the essentially cylindrical extension, and has a flange abutting one of the contacts. Also disclosed are dispensers that incorporate these heaters.

    Abstract: There is provided a sensing chip capable of measuring a refractive index by utilizing a long-range surface plasmon polariton, accurately measuring an accumulative refractive index in a wide range, and more easily enabling sealing for measurement. The present invention relates to the sensing chip which has a thin metal film or a strip-like metal grown on an underlayer, and has a dielectric that limits a refractive index and a dielectric buffer layer on an upper surface and a lower surface of the thin metal film or the strip-like metal. The dielectric buffer layer is attached onto the thin metal film or the strip-like metal. The thin metal film or the strip-like metal and the buffer layer are sandwiched between two dielectric layers. A hole is made in a surface of the upper dielectric layer to serve as a measurement groove.
