  • Publication number: 20240052689
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a device for separately arranging vacuum glass supports, which comprises a base, a vibrator, a separation chamber assembly, a separation actuator, a feed tube, and a drive device. The separation chamber assembly is provided with a feed inlet, an accommodation cavity, and a dispensing outlet. The feed inlet is communicated with the accommodation cavity. The dispensing outlet is communicated with the feed tube. The separation actuator is arranged directly below the accommodation cavity and capable to move reciprocatingly with respect to the accommodation cavity. A recess capable of accommodating one support is provided at the upper edge of the separation actuator. Thus, at each reciprocating movement, the separation actuator transports one support from the accommodation cavity to the dispensing outlet via the recess, which avoid arranging multiple supports in one operation.

  • Patent number: 11384593
Abstract: An induction-heating welding method for vacuum insulated glass comprising upper and lower glass substrates is disclosed. Metal layers are prepared in regions to be sealed for the upper and lower glass substrates. A continuous solder is distributed on the metal layer in the lower glass substrate's region to be sealed. The upper and lower glass substrates are superposed. During welding, a high-frequency induction welding head's center moves forward along a centerline of a width of the metal layers; during induction heating of the metal layers in a corner region, a relative position between a movement route of the high-frequency induction welding head's center and the centerline of the width of the metal layers is changed, so that the movement route deviates from the centerline of the width of the metal layers, and thus reducing induction power and avoiding overheating of the metal layers in the corner region.

  • Publication number: 20130292038
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for vacuum acquisition during the manufacturing of a vacuum glass component, which specifically comprises the following steps: glass sheets (1, 3) constituting the vacuum glass component are placed in a vacuum environment having desired degree of vacuum, wherein all the glass sheets (1, 3) are in the vacuum environment independent of each other prior to assembling and ultimate sealing, thus a vacuum space inside the assembled vacuum glass component has exactly the same degree of vacuum as the vacuum environment. Therefore, the degree of vacuum of the processed vacuum glass component can be guaranteed by only controlling the degree of the vacuum environment, thereby avoiding problems existed-in the prior art, enhancing the processing efficiency of the vacuum glass component and also ensuring the quality of the vacuum glass component.
