Abstract: A liquid crystal antenna substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a liquid crystal antenna and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The manufacturing method of the liquid crystal antenna substrate includes: forming a conductive pattern on a base substrate; coating a liquid photo-curable material at a side of the conductive pattern away from the base substrate; and using the conductive pattern as a mask to perform an exposure process from a side of the base substrate away from the conductive pattern, a portion of the liquid photo-curable material corresponding to the conductive pattern is cured to form spacers.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a sub-pixel structure, a liquid crystal panel and a reflective liquid crystal display device. The sub-pixel structure includes a pixel electrode, and a first thin film transistor and a second thin film transistor integrated on an array substrate; the first thin film transistor and the second thin film transistor are respectively close to a first side and a second side, opposite to each other, of the pixel electrode, and are adjacent to and are connected to two scanning lines in the array substrate, respectively; and a length of a channel region of the first thin film transistor is greater than a first length threshold, and a length of a channel region of the second thin film transistor is greater than a second length threshold.

The first substrate includes a first base, and the second substrate includes a second base. The first substrate further includes a plurality of first electrodes in an array on the first base, and the second substrate further includes a plurality of second electrodes in an array on the second base.
