Abstract: The present invention relates to a humanized single-domain antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof targeting MSLN or PD-L1. The present invention also relates to a multispecific antibody, and particularly provides a multispecific antibody targeting CD3, a tumor-associated antigen and an immune checkpoint, wherein the multispecific antibody has good medication safety and anti-tumor efficacy. The present invention further relates to use of the single-domain antibody or the multispecific antibody in disease treatment.

The compound provided in the present application has an inhibitory effect on both HDAC and LSD1, and can be used for treating diseases mediated by LSD1 and/or HDAC.

Abstract: A pyridine derivative and use thereof are provided. The compound has an obvious inhibitory effect on the activity of KRAS and PI3K proteins, can be used as a KRAS and/or PI3K protein inhibitor, and can be used for preparing a drug for treatment of diseases such as KRAS or PI3K protein-mediated cancer. The compound has an extremely strong inhibitory effect on a KRAS G12C inhibitor (e.g. AMG-510) drug-resistant cancer cells, and has a wide application prospect thereof.

Abstract: An antibody targeting CD3 or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, which has a moderate ability to activate T cells and can effectively reduce cell factor release.
