Abstract: Methods and structures of a three-dimensional memory device are disclosed. In an example, the disclosed method comprises forming a plurality of dielectric stacks stacked on one another over a substrate to create a multiple-stack staircase structure. Each one of the plurality of dielectric stacks comprises a plurality of dielectric pairs arranged along a direction perpendicular to a top surface of the substrate. The method further comprises forming a filling structure that surrounds the multiple-stack staircase structure, forming a semiconductor channel extending through the multiple-staircase structure, wherein the semiconductor channel comprises unaligned sidewall surfaces, and forming a supporting pillar extending through at least one of the multiple-staircase structure and the filling structure, wherein the supporting pillar comprises aligned sidewall surfaces.

Abstract: A half-bridge power device includes a module substrate, the upper surface of which includes a first half-bridge area, a second half-bridge area, a first half-bridge lead-out area, and a second half-bridge lead-out area, which are separate, the first and second half-bridge lead-out areas being located at the ends of the module substrate. The first and second half-bridge power chips are connected to the first half-bridge area and the second half-bridge area, respectively. The first, second, and third power connector terminals are connected to the first and second half-bridge areas, and the first and second half-bridge power chips to form a power loop.

Abstract: The application relates to the field of lithium ion battery technology and, more particularly, relates to a lithium-supplement layer and its negative electrode sheet, a lithium ion battery and a device. The lithium-supplement layer is formed by connecting a transition layer, an oxide layer and a surface layer in sequence, the surface layer contains an appropriate amount of an organic material and a filling substance, which can reduce a winding temperature of the negative electrode sheet, the oxide layer substance in the lithium-supplement layer is used to provide an additional lithium source, after injection, the lithium source can be continuously supplemented during the cycle process to improve the activity of a lithium layer, at the same time, the filling substance contained in the surface layer can effectively play a role of restraining the expansion of an active substance, and improve the battery cycle performance.

Abstract: A power tool system includes a power tool and a cloud sever configured to receive an upgrading file for upgrading the power tool. Abstract: A negative electrode plate, a lithium-ion battery and an apparatus are disclosed. The negative electrode plate includes a negative electrode current collector, a negative electrode active material layer including a negative electrode active material and disposed on at least one surface of the negative electrode current collector, and a lithium-replenishing layer disposed on a surface of the negative electrode active material layer away from the negative current collector. The negative electrode plate can effectively ameliorate the problem of plate heating, and channels formed by the lithium-replenishing region and the gap region can enable the lithium-ion battery to be effectively impregnated with the electrolyte after electrolyte injection is performed to the lithium-ion battery, thereby improving the energy density of the battery while also improving the service life and kinetic performance of the battery.

The power tool includes a wireless communication unit configured to establish a wireless communication link with an external device and a file storage unit coupled to the wireless communication unit and configured to store content data in a preset data structure. The preset data structure includes a packet header configured for information transmission, a packet tail including a check bit, and a data packet body including a data length, a data type, a packet serial number, data content and an electronic serial number. A simple and efficient method of deduplicating data is used to release the memory space of the memory and improve data transmission efficiency.

In the present lawn mower disclosed herein, a speed of a front wheel is detected to control a moving speed of the lawn mower, thereby enhancing the performance of the lawn mower and improving the user's experience.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for protecting an application program password of a mobile terminal are described. The method includes: positioning an application interface view in an application program of a mobile terminal, so as to obtain a currently activated application interface view; determining whether the currently activated application interface view is an input box; and if yes, acquiring a key input event triggered in the input box and obtaining an input character by using the key input event; and replacing the character with a fake password character. A related apparatus is also described.
