    Abstract: A pea-derived peptide with a muscle-building effect and a preparation method thereof, and a drug and use, are disclosed. A pea protein is subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis, and five polypeptides with muscle-building effect are obtained by separation as separate peptide fragments. In an in vitro aging skeletal muscle cell assay, changes are analyzed in a gene expression level of regulatory pathways related to skeletal muscle cell proliferation and differentiation, apoptosis and autophagy, and protein synthesis and degradation. In addition, animal experiments are conducted to study the muscle-building effect and a corresponding mechanism of the pea-derived peptide. This shows that the five polypeptide sequences have a significant muscle-building effect, usable as a polypeptide drug for the treatment of sarcopenia.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a fusion network-based method for image super-resolution and non-uniform motion deblurring. The method achieves, for the first time, restoration of a low-resolution non-uniform motion-blurred image based on a deep neural network. The network uses two branch modules to respectively extract features for image super-resolution and non-uniform motion deblurring, and achieves, by means of a feature fusion module that is trainable, adaptive fusion of outputs of the two branch modules for extracting features. Finally, an upsampling reconstruction module achieves a non-uniform motion deblurring and super-resolution task. According to the method, a self-generated set of training data is configured to perform offline training on a network, thereby achieving restoration of the low-resolution non-uniform motion-blurred image.

When applied to the flotation separation of a high-magnesium sulfide ore, the inhibitor can slowly release F ions to preferentially form a MgF2 layer on the magnesium-containing mineral surface, which provides a structure similar to MgF2 on a surface of oxidized gangue minerals such as magnesium oxide, changing surface electrical property of the magnesium-containing mineral, inhibiting heterogeneous coagulation of magnesium-containing minerals and sulfide ores due to electrostatic attraction and reducing entrainment, enveloping and agglomeration of gangue minerals to efficiently inhibit the flotation of oxidized gangue minerals such as magnesium oxide.

The present application demonstrates for the first time that the acridinedione compound can improve insulin resistance by activating and upregulating GPR40 protein expression, participating in GPR40-PPAR?-PI3K/Akt-GLUT4 signaling pathway, promoting insulin secretion and increasing glucose consumption in liver and muscle tissue. The target of the acridinedione compound is the GPR40 receptor, its insulinotropic effect is glucose-dependent, and its hypoglycemic effect disappears when peripheral blood glucose falls below a certain level. The preparation of the acridinedione compound into an antidiabetic medicaments will provide entirely new options and strategies for the treatment of diabetes.
