Abstract: A method of synthesizing a stereo three-dimension (3D) panorama image for a 3D camera is disclosed. The 3D camera comprises at least two lenses. The method comprises capturing a pair image, wherein the pair image comprise a first side image and a second side image; separating the first side image and the second side image from the pair image; performing a panorama synthesis process to obtain a first side panorama image and a second side panorama image; performing a 3D synthesis process according to the first side panorama image and the second side panorama image to generate the stereo 3D panorama image; and storing and outputting the stereo 3D panorama image.

Abstract: A stereoscopic image system is provided. The stereoscopic image system comprises: a depth detection unit, for receiving a two-dimensional image and a corresponding depth image, and generating a depth level map according to the two-dimensional image and the corresponding depth image; a stereoscopic image generator, for generating a stereoscopic image pair corresponding to the two-dimensional image according to the two-dimensional image and the depth level map; and a stereoscopic image adjusting apparatus, for generating a depth level range map according to the depth level map, and performing a pixel shifting process and an interpolation process to objects within a plurality of depth levels in the stereoscopic image pair to generate an output stereoscopic image pair according to the stereoscopic image pair and the depth level range map.

Abstract: An image adjustment method is provided in the invention. The image adjustment method has the following steps: receiving at least one first image in front of a display captured by a camera device, wherein the display has a screen center; detecting the first image to generate a facial image, wherein the facial image has a face position and a face center; capturing a second image with the face center from the facial image according to the face position; shifting the second image to overlap the face center with the screen center to generate a third image; and scaling the third image to generate an output image in accordance with a predetermined resolution.

Abstract: A method for recording a monitored image is disclosed. The method includes the following steps. First, a monitored image is captured. A foreground image and a background image are obtained according to the monitored image and a previously monitored image. Brightness information and a threshold value are generated according to the foreground image and the background image respectively. It is determined that whether a moving object has displayed on the monitored image based on the brightness information and the threshold value. If so, the recording of the monitored image starts.
