Abstract: The present application belongs to the technical field of manufacture for protection film for a terminal curved surface, and relates to a protection film for a terminal curved surface and manufacture method thereof, the hardened layers is provided on both sides of the substrate layer, and the substrate layer and the two hardened layers form the original sheet. The original sheet is hot-pressed by a hot pressing device, and the upper mold and the lower mold clamping the original sheet are heated, pressurized and cooled in order to obtain a protection film for a terminal curved surface, and the mold core outer rounded corner combining with the mold cavity inner rounded corner are pressurized to form a curved surface portion. The hardened layers is disposed on both sides of the substrate layer, so that the stress on both sides of the substrate layer are cancel each other after the substrate layer is heated, and the terminal surface protective film is more flat.

Abstract: A method for applying a screen protector to a cell phone screen protector is provided, including: providing a cell phone screen protector and a cell phone to be applied; cleaning a screen of the cell phone to be applied; tearing off the release liner by the label of the release liner, simultaneously lightening the screen of the cell phone to be applied, and sticking the silicone protective film on the screen, and uncovering the first part via the label of the first part; using a scraping card to scrape slightly from top to bottom; uncovering the second part via the label of the second part, and using the scraping card to scrape slightly from top to bottom; using the scraping card to scrape outwardly along a curved edge of the screen; tearing off the PET release film, and smoothing both sides of the screen.

Abstract: The present application provides a screen protector and a method for applying a screen protector, including a release film, a hydrogel film, a silicone protective film, and a release liner sequentially stacked, an edge of the release film is provided with positioning lug, the silicone protective film is provided with a die-cutting line, an edge of the first part protrudes outwards to form a first lug, and an edge of the second part protrudes outwards to form a second lug. The silicone protective film is divided into two parts, tearing off the first part and tearing off the second part are independent from each other, avoiding the movement of the screen protector due to the large amplitude of the tearing film during the tearing process, the deviation occurring during the applying process of the screen protector is avoided, and the applying efficiency of the screen protector is improved.
