The battery tray assembly includes a plastic bracket and a tray, wherein the plastic bracket includes a frame and a plurality of fixing rings which are connected with each other; the fixing rings are provided with limiting protrusions, and the limiting protrusions fit the outer side wall of cells. The cells can be positioned by the limiting protrusions and the fixing rings, so that the assembly accuracy is high; the plastic bracket is installed in the tray, and the tray is provided with through avoidance holes corresponding to the fixing rings.
