    Abstract: A continuous operation method is employed for the microwave high-temperature pyrolysis of a solid material containing an organic matter. The method includes the steps of mixing a solid material containing an organic matter with a liquid organic medium; transferring the obtained mixture to a microwave field; and in the microwave field, continuously contacting the mixture with a strong wave absorption material in an inert atmosphere or in vacuum. The strong wave absorption material continuously generates a high temperature under a microwave such that the solid material containing an organic matter and the liquid organic medium are continuously pyrolyzed to implement a continuous operation.

    Abstract: A lidar system based on visible-near infrared-shortwave infrared light bands comprises a light source sub-system, a light receiving sub-system and a signal collecting and processing sub-system, and adopts a laser light source having a supercontinuum spectrum laser comprising the three bands of visible, near infrared and shortwave infrared light. The lidar system conveniently and effectively achieves hyperspectral measurement of three bands of visible, near-infrared, and shortwave infrared lights without needing to replace the laser light source, increasing the capability of detecting target spectrum information and application range, providing more accurate measurement results and post-processing algorithms, and strengthening the capability of simultaneously detecting visible-near infrared-shortwave infrared ligh bands of a lidar system.

    Abstract: A grid falling film devolatilizer including a tower housing, a liquid distributor for distributing liquid within the tower housing, and one or more internal towers arranged in the tower housing in a parallel manner, for continuously forming and regenerating a large surface of film material using liquid from the liquid distributor. Each internal tower has (i) a round, square or rectangle cross section, (ii) four corners, (iii) four pillars standing at the four corners of the internal tower, respectively, and (iv) multiple grid trays supported within the internal tower and numbering between 2 to 500. Each pair of neighboring grid plates having an interval in the range of about 20 to 500 mm. Also, each grid tray includes a pair of beams, a plurality of grid bars and corresponding guide members.

    Abstract: A diverter for arrangement in a pipe, a barrel or a tower, and including an even number (?4) of conical cavities arranged annularly, all of the conical cavities converging at the center of the diverter. The intersection point of the axial lines of the odd numbered conical cavities and the intersection point of the axial lines of the even numbered conical cavities are located at both sides of and symmetrical about the center of the diverter. As fluid flows through the diverter, the fluid material in the central fluid and edge zones interchange position and produce three-dimensionally intersecting flow. The diverter can efficiently improve the effects of heat and mass transfer, and can be widely used in static mixers, heat exchangers for fluid with high viscosity, temperature homogenizers of the exit of the screw extruder, high efficiency pipe reactors, and in the occasions of fluid-fluid extraction, solid-fluid extraction, etc.

    Abstract: The grid falling film devolatilizer according to this invention consists of a tower housing, a liquid distributor and a tower internal, said tower internal includes pillars and multiple grid trays, the cross section of said tower internal being square or rectangular, and the four pillars stand respectively at the four corners of the tower internal. Each grid tray includes a pair of beams, a plural of grid bars and corresponding guide members, among them said beams being located at opposite pair of sides of the grid tray and fixed to the pillars, said grid bars being perpendicular to the beams, and said guide member being installed between the grid gaps, so that the liquid pass through those grid gaps and generate films and thus producing huge devolatilization interfaces. The special design according to the invention ensures the substantial renewal of film surface in each grid tray.
