    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose an audio signal encoding and decoding method, including: obtaining, based on spectra of M blocks of a current frame of a to-be-encoded audio signal, M transient state identifiers of the M blocks, where the M blocks include a first block, and a transient state identifier of the first block indicates that the first block is a transient state block, or indicates that the first block is a non-transient state block; obtaining group information of the M blocks based on the M transient state identifiers of the M blocks; performing grouping and arranging on the spectra of the M blocks based on the group information of the M blocks, to obtain a to-be-encoded spectrum of the current frame; encoding the to-be-encoded spectrum by using an encoding neural network to obtain a spectrum encoding result; and writing the spectrum encoding result into a bitstream.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an electroencephalogram (EEG) emotion recognition method based on a spiking convolutional neural network. In the present disclosure, after EEG emotion data is preprocessed, a differential entropy feature is extracted and a time window is intercepted, and then a spiking convolutional encoder is configured to encode the EEG emotion data; a spiking convolutional feature extractor extracts a spiking data feature; and a spiking fully connected classifier performs learning and classification. In the present disclosure, a spiking neural network combining a spiking convolutional layer and a spiking fully connected layer is trained directly to achieve an objective of EEG emotion classification.

The prediction model construction method designs a deep neural network Multitask GCN-LSTM based on GCN and LSTM for predicting the auto trips quantity. The deep neural network comprises three modules, wherein the three modules are respectively used for extracting a spatial correlation, a temporal correlation and a feature fusion. The prediction method and system predict the auto trips quantity based on a model constructed. By considering a road segment local relationship and a road segment global relationship and taking an auto arrival quantity as a related task in constructing the model, the prediction model construction method uses a multi-task learning method to avoid overfitting of the deep neural network and reduce a prediction error of the auto trips quantity effectively.
