The start and stop of the auxiliary oxygen supply pipeline are controlled by the airflow of the exhaling pipe, making the control simple and convenient and the exhaling smoother.

A light beam is formed by the reference laser beam interfered with the measurement laser beam reflected by the melt pool, and is directed to the image acquisition unit to obtain an interference image of the melt pool surface. The contour accuracy was proved to be 15 nm under case of lateral resolution of 15.63 ?m by the resolution board. The experiment of 3D melt pool was performed. This disclosure enables in-situ measurement of the 3D morphology of the melt pool during additive manufacturing. The disclosure is to incorporate a filter to eliminate high-temperature thermal radiation emitted from the melt pool, significantly enhancing the accuracy of morphology measurements.
