    Abstract: A method for preparing an ecological foamed ceramic from lepidolite filter mud whole waste belongs to the field of environmental protection and resource reuse. The ecological foamed ceramic with excellent properties can be prepared by using lepidolite filter mud as the main raw materials, including ball milling, homogenization, drying, material distribution, and heat treatment. The amount of lepidolite filter mud in the present invention accounts for more than 90%, which is a whole waste utilization and can achieve high-value utilization of bulk lepidolite filter mud. The present invention uses a composite foaming agent combined with a foaming technology and has the advantages of rapid foaming and controllable pore size compared with a single foaming agent. The ecological foamed ceramic prepared by the present invention meets the industrial standard of CJ/T 299-2008 “Artificial ceramic filter material for water treatment” and has potential application value in domestic sewage treatment.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an electroencephalogram (EEG) emotion recognition method based on a spiking convolutional neural network. In the present disclosure, after EEG emotion data is preprocessed, a differential entropy feature is extracted and a time window is intercepted, and then a spiking convolutional encoder is configured to encode the EEG emotion data; a spiking convolutional feature extractor extracts a spiking data feature; and a spiking fully connected classifier performs learning and classification. In the present disclosure, a spiking neural network combining a spiking convolutional layer and a spiking fully connected layer is trained directly to achieve an objective of EEG emotion classification.

    Abstract: The present disclosure is concerned with a method of forming a seal with a polyethylene based film structure. The polyethylene based film structure has at least one layer formed with an oriented polyethylene having a predetermined melting temperature (Tm). A conductive heat sealing device provides heat to form the seal, where a first sealing bar of the conductive heat sealing device operates at a first operating temperature of at least 10 degrees Celsius (° C.) below the Tm of the oriented polyethylene in the polyethylene based film structure and a second sealing bar of the conductive heat sealing device operates at a second operating temperature of at least 15° C. higher than the operating temperature of the first sealing bar. The seal formed with the polyethylene based film structure retains at least 99 percent of its original surface area prior to forming the seal.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a dense optical flow calculation system and method based on an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array). The system comprises a software system deployed on a host and a dense optical flow calculation module deployed on the FPGA. Pixel information of two continuous frames of pictures is obtained from a host end in the system, and optical flow is obtained by calculation by means of the steps such as smoothing processing, polynomial expansion, intermediate variable calculation, optical flow calculation. An image pyramid and iterative optical flow calculation can be achieved by repeatedly calling a calculation core module in the FPGA; a final calculation result is returned to the host end.
