    Abstract: A modular air outlet assembly comprises at least two air outlet sub-modules and a housing connecting member, wherein each of the air outlet sub-modules have different functions and are matchingly engaged in a sealed manner, and the air outlet sub-modules comprise a front sub-module and a rear sub-module; the front sub-module comprises a front housing and a front functional component, and the front housing has a standard air inlet joint; the rear sub-module comprises a rear housing and a rear functional component, and the rear housing has a standard air outlet joint and a standard air duct opening joint. A modular approach is used to design the air outlet assembly, and the relative angle between the air outlet sub-modules can be adjusted by means of different housing connecting members to avoid installation limitations in vehicles, and the mold development cost and related costs are reduced.

In the present invention, by the protein molecular modification, thermostability of the purified nitrilase LNIT5 is increased by up to 4.5 folds; and by utilizing recombinant E. coli containing the nitrilase mutant to hydrolyze 1-cyanocyclohexylacetonitrile at a high temperature, product tolerance is increased, activity of NIT5-L201F is increased by 20%, and the mutant NITLNIT5-AcN can completely hydrolyze 750 mM 1-cyanocyclohexylacetonitrile within 8 hours and achieve an doubled conversion rate. Therefore, the mutants obtained by the present invention have a good application prospect in efficiently catalyzing 1-cyanocyclohexylacetonitrile to synthesize gabapentin intermediate, 1-cyanocyclohexyl acetic acid.

The backward DNN with value reset solver propagates in reverse time order from a final value to an initial value based on the path. At the particular exercise date, an expected value is determined and compared to criteria. If the criteria are satisfied the value of the callable instrument at the particular exercise date is set to a reset value, otherwise the value at the particular exercise date is maintained as a value determined via the propagation.
