An encapsulation film for the organic light-emitting device is manufactured by repetitively and alternately laminating an inorganic layer and the organic layer.

Each of the plurality of sets of feature-point coordinates corresponds to each of the plurality of feature points. The fish identification method further includes calculating a body length or an overall length of the fish image according to the plurality of sets of feature-point coordinates of the image.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for modifying a DNA by utilizing a glycosylase and an oxyamine compound, including the following steps: conducting solid phase synthesis of a DNA strand carrying a non-canonical base; reacting the DNA strand carrying a non-canonical base under the catalysis of the glycosylase which selectively recognizes the non-canonical base, to produce a DNA strand carrying an abasic site; and reacting the DNA strand carrying the abasic site with the oxyamine compound to generate a DNA modified with a chemical functional group. This method can realize diverse site-directed modification of the DNA, can be used to study the base structure-function relationship of a functional DNA, and construct a functional DNA with higher activity. The present method is simple and easy to use, and can reduce the cost and the time required for modification. The modified functional DNA has higher activity and can provide better tool molecules for biotechnology, disease diagnosis and treatment.

    Abstract: An object counting system crops images into multiple split images. When a distance between at least one side of a bounding box being associated with a position of a first object in the first split image and at least one side of a bounding box being associated with a position of a second object in the second split image adjacent to the first split image is less than a tolerance value, the processor combines the adjacent first split image and the second split second split image into a merged image, so that the first object and the second object are merged into a merged object. A processor calculates a prediction number of objects based on the objects contained in these split images and the merged objects in the merged image. The object counting system automatically counts the number of bug eggs, to save manpower and provide an accurate count.

    Abstract: A production monitoring and analysis method based on an image data algorithm includes: obtaining a reconstructed gray histogram according to a gray image of an image where a product identification code is located; obtaining a segmentation threshold of an Otsu algorithm for segmenting the reconstructed gray histogram, obtaining the adjustment of the gray level in the sub-gray histogram according to the number of pixels corresponding to each gray level in the reconstructed gray histogram and the segmentation threshold, correcting the sub-gray histogram to obtain a corrected sub-gray histogram according to the adjustment of the gray level in the sub-gray histogram, the lateral segmentation threshold of the sub-gray histogram, and all the gray levels greater than the lateral segmentation threshold, and obtaining an enhanced gray image according to the corrected sub-gray histogram. The method avoids the loss of original information when using histogram equalization for image enhancement.
