Abstract: Systems and methods relate generally to associating an online financial service with a receipt are disclosed. In one such method, a login session is established with a programmed server. The receipt is uploaded to the programmed server. The receipt is indexed and timestamped by the programmed server with at least one search tag in association therewith. Financial information is extracted from the receipt with optical character recognition. The receipt is annotated with a note having payment information for a payment service of the online financial service. The note is stored in association with the receipt though separate from the receipt.

Abstract: Systems and methods relate generally to associating confidential information with redactions are disclosed. In one such method, a login session is established with a programmed server. A document having the confidential information is uploaded to the programmed server. The confidential information in the document is detected by an artificial intelligence service. The confidential information is analyzed according to at least one rule by the artificial intelligence service. Suggestions for at least one redaction are generated by the artificial intelligence service. At least a portion of the confidential information is redacted responsive to the at least one redaction suggested by a redaction service. The document is stored in association with the at least one redaction though separate from the confidential information to provide at least one reversible redaction.

In one such method, the document is obtained without the confidential information therefor. A login session with a programmed server is established. The document is uploaded to the programmed server. The document is indexed by the programmed server with at least one search tag in association with the confidential information. At least one annotation is obtained for having at least a portion of the confidential information for the document in association therewith. The at least one annotation is stored for association with the document separate from the document.

Abstract: A method for ringtone, voice, and sound notification of printer status, comprising obtaining status information of a printer, converting it into an audible report, and delivering the audible report. The method is especially useful for visually-impaired users and for shared printers in crowded situations where it is difficult for each user to see the panel or monitor display. The methods also include detection by the events controller, UI manager instructing an audio manager, codec decoding an audio file in firmware and hardware organization; job owner identification information embedded into a print job with a unique tag; user identification sound data embedded in a print job; audible report for multiple jobs in a job queue, with positional information; text-to-speech conversion; unique ringtone melody for each user, comprising department prefix, higher pitch modulation for higher priority, and automatically converting an alphanumeric character into the corresponding note.

Abstract: A method for communicating accounting information from a printer driver to an accounting system, wherein the printer driver inserts accounting information into a print stream, which is monitored by the accounting system. PDL comments contain per-page accounting information, obtained by the printer driver analyzing printing and drawing GDI and API functions. Methods include per-job cumulative accounting information in a separate log file; enabling monitoring by any accounting system cognizant of the accounting data formats; accounting color mode information, media type, layout, duplex, finishing option, imaging, output option, watermark, etc.
