  • Publication number: 20230296654
Abstract: A non-intrusive load monitoring method based on V-I trajectory and neural network includes: collecting the household voltage, current and active power data in real time; determining whether there is a switching event and whether the load operating state has reached a steady state through the change of the active power; obtaining the voltage, current and power data of the load, converting the V-I trajectory into RGB color image containing the phase difference between the voltage and current, power and other information. After obtaining the RGB color image, performing normalization processing and performing load monitoring through pre-trained convolutional neural network. The present disclosure fully extracts the steady-state feature of the load through the convolutional neural network, and the neural network model can directly run on an embedded device, and does not need to rely on the computing support of a server.

  • Patent number: 10290064
Abstract: The present disclosure presents a system, method, and apparatus for capacity determination in a micro grid, and a tangible computer readable medium. The micro grid comprises multi-type energy supply devices to provide both electricity and thermal energy, In embodiments of the present disclosure, a capacity determination process for minimizing both annual integrated cost for the micro grid and annual energy outage cost, is performed under constraints on electricity supply/demand balance and thermal energy supply/demand balance, and operation constraints on the multi-type energy supply devices, to determine respective numbers or energy supply capacity of the multi-type energy supply device. With embodiments of the present disclosure, it may achieve an optimal capacity termination which could provide a significant cost saving and at the same time guarantees the operation reliability of the micro grid.

  • Patent number: 10122166
Abstract: A system provides integrated multi-energy scheduling control in a micro-grid. The micro-grid may comprise a combined cooling, heating and power CCHP unit and an ice-storage air conditioner. In embodiments, an integrated multi-energy scheduling control process for operation in the micro-grid is performed, based on the predicted electricity demand and cooling demand and the predicted renewable energy output, under process constraints to determine the amount of electricity exchanged between the micro-grid and a macro-grid, cooling power output and electricity output of the CCHP unit, and operation modes and cooling power output of the ice-storage air conditioner in time intervals in a scheduling period, wherein electricity supply/demand balance and cooling energy supply/demand balance are coupled. The system may achieve multi-energy supply/demand balance at a minimized operational cost, and may achieve a high energy efficiency of both the CCHP units and a high performance of the ice-storage air conditioner.
