    Abstract: Disclosed are a display panel, a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The display panel includes a substrate, a drive circuit layer, a first organic layer, an isolation structure, and a plurality of light-emitting devices, as well as a structural function layer, a first encapsulation layer, and a second encapsulation layer sequentially stacked. The drive circuit layer is disposed on the substrate, and the first organic layer is disposed on the side, facing away from the drive circuit layer, of the substrate. In the first region, the first organic layer is isolated from the first encapsulation layer by the structural function layer. An orthographic projection of the structural function layer on the substrate is continuous in the first region. This arrangement can prevent moisture entering from entering a damaged area of the second encapsulation layer to corrode the drive circuit layer.

In the display panel, the second isolation portion extends relative to the first isolation portion to form an undercut structure, which can interrupt a full-surface evaporated film layer at this location. An orthographic projection of the conductive portion on the substrate at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the second isolation portion on the substrate, and an orthographic projection of the first isolation portion on the substrate is located within a range of the orthographic projection of the conductive portion on the substrate. This configuration allows a surface of the isolation structure facing the isolation opening to form a flow guide surface with good flow smoothness, enhancing the flow smoothness of this surface.

In the above structure, the film thickness of the first encapsulation portion is uniform, and the overall resistance of the first encapsulation portion to deformation stress is strong, making it less prone to rupture due to external forces.

In the present disclosure, the target has more uniform structure and chemical composition, higher relative density (up to 99.0% or more), finer grain size and higher ductility; reduce defects of shrinkage cavity and porosity, save material cost, solve problem of alloys with high brittleness, unable to process targets, meeting the requirements on wiring materials for large-scale integrated circuits.
