    Abstract: An apparatus and system for a heat sink assembly, and a procedure for forming a heat sink assembly. The heat sink assembly includes a heat sink having a base and fins extending from the base, and a spring clip disposed on the heat sink between the fins. The spring clip includes a first tab that forms a first angle with respect to the base of the heat sink and including a second tab that forms a second angle with respect to the base of the heat sink. The first and second tabs are attached to the circuit board. By virtue thereof, a heat sink attachment to cage is provided that is space-efficient and permits a higher density of cages on a circuit board than do conventional arrangements.

    Abstract: A single pushbutton device includes a housing, a bushing, a water channel assembly, and a rotary assembly. The bushing and the rotary assembly are mounted inside of the housing, the water channel assembly is mounted around of the rotary assembly, and a button is through a hole of the housing. When push down the button, a rotary sleeve of the rotary assembly is rotated, a bump of the rotary sleeve is rotated along multiple noses of the multiple abutting inserts of the water channel assembly to sequentially press down the abutting inserts, further open different waterways, and output water with different spray or bubbling forms. Given the foregoing structure, the single pushbutton device is compact, facilitates quick and convenient operation, and requires less force exerted thereon for operation.

The water output panel is provided with three sets of independent water output channels, and a water output end surface of the water output guiding sleeve is provided with water output hole corresponding to and in communication with the water output channels. An inner sleeve is sleeved in a cavity in rear portion of the seat body. The switching structure is simple in structure, optimal in design, and is capable of achieving various different water outputs through pressing a single push button.

The method and system can dynamically divide a region according to the road congestion situation and adjust traffic lights in a resulting control region according to the control region, so as to solve the traffic congestion problem. The system for adjusting traffic lights includes: a congestion determining module, a control region determining module and a adjusting module, wherein the control region determining module is configured to determine a control region according to a dispersion demand of a first phase and a dispersal capability of a corresponding phase of an adjacent intersection, and the adjusting module is configured to adjust traffic lights of at least one corresponding phase of an adjacent intersection in the control region so as to relieve the traffic congestion situation at the first phase of the first intersection. Also described is a corresponding method for adjusting traffic lights.
