  • Patent number: 11966587
Abstract: A method for optimizing a Polar-RNNA quantizer of MLC NAND flash based on deep learning comprises the following steps: Step S1: transforming an MLC flash detection task into a deep learning task, and obtaining three hard-decision read thresholds based on a neural network; Step S2: expanding six soft-decision read thresholds based on the three hard-decision read thresholds; Step S3: constructing an LLR mapping table, and obtaining new LLR information of MLC flash based on the LLR mapping table; Step S4: symmetrizing an MLC flash channel, and performing density evolution; and Step S5: optimizing the soft-decision read thresholds based on a genetic algorithm to obtain an optimal quantization interval. According to the invention, polar codes can be directly used for MLC flash channels without the arduous work of MLC flash channel modeling, so that the reliability of MLC flash is effectively improved.

  • Publication number: 20240113657
Abstract: Disclosed are a photovoltaic shutdown circuit and a photovoltaic system. The photovoltaic shutdown circuit comprises a shutdown power line, a signal receiving module, a signal processing module, and a controllable switch module. The signal processing module comprises a signal modulation unit and a threshold comparison unit. A switch end of the controllable switch module is connected in series to the shutdown power line. The signal receiving module is connected to the shutdown power line for receiving a first signal with a controlling signal; the signal modulation unit is for reverting the controlling signal; the threshold comparison unit is connected to the signal modulation unit to receive the reverted controlling signal and compare the reverted controlling signal with a set threshold to output a driving signal. The controllable switch module is connected to the threshold comparison unit to receive the driving signal and control an on/off of the controllable switch module.

  • Publication number: 20120290285
Abstract: A language learning device for expanding vocabulary with lyrics have a learning platform selected from information network, a personal computer, an electronic dictionary apparatus, a multimedia apparatus, a personal digital assistant (PDA), a cell phone, a paper sheet, a book, a memory card, and an optical disk. The learning platform further comprises an original lyric data base, a translated lyric data base, a word group expansion data base, and a correlated short sentence data base. The words of the original lyrics appear in order to match short sentences formed with the original word groups and the translated word meanings in the second language for learning a batch of expanded words. The language learning device is capable of being applied to assisting trilingual and even multilingual learning in addition to the bilingual learning.

  • Publication number: 20110117629
Abstract: A Lactobacillus plantarum BB9 capable of adhering to gastrointestinal tract and cholesterol removal is isolated from fruits and exhibits high BSH activity. In-vitro tests demonstrate that Lactobacillus plantarum BB9 has good acid and bile tolerance, and strong ability to adhere to intestinal cells. In-vivo tests show that hamsters fed high cholesterol diets added with BB9 strain have cholesterol and triglycerides in blood and liver effectively reduced, and their HDL-c/LDL-c ratios in blood are significantly higher than those of hamsters fed Lactobacillus acidophilus ATCC 43121 strain. It is hoped that the excellent acid and bile tolerance and intestinal adherence of the lactobacillus strain provided herein could produce cholesterol-lowering effect in humans.
