  • Publication number: 20240121747
Abstract: Described is a method of determining a position of a mobile wireless device in a wireless communication network. The method comprises, for a plurality of clusters of transmission reception points (TRPs) associated with said mobile wireless device, measuring a parameter of first reference signals transmitted between said mobile wireless device and a single TRP from each cluster of TRPs. The method includes, based on the respective measured parameter of the first reference signals, selecting one cluster of TRPs from said plurality of clusters of TRPs. Position estimation information is determined from second reference signals transmitted between said mobile wireless device and a plurality of the TRPs comprising the selected cluster of TRPs. The determined position estimation information is used to determine a position for said mobile wireless device.

  • Publication number: 20230328915
Abstract: A heat dissipation device includes a housing assembly, a sliding assembly, and a linkage assembly. The housing assembly includes a receiving cavity and a cooling hole communicating with the receiving cavity. The sliding assembly includes a sliding member and a rack. The sliding member is located in the receiving cavity and slidably connected to a side of the housing assembly with the cooling hole, the rack is fixedly connected to the sliding member. The linkage assembly includes a rotating shaft and a gear. The rotating shaft and the gear are located on the same side of the sliding member, the rotating shaft is fixed on the housing assembly and extends through the gear, the gear is rotatably sleeved on the rotating shaft and is engaged with the rack to drive the sliding member to slide, thereby adjusting an area of the cooling hole blocked by the sliding member.

  • Publication number: 20230151500
Abstract: The disclosure provides a novel electrocatalytic membrane reactor and use thereof in preparation of high-purity hydrogen. The electrocatalytic membrane reactor adopts an H-shaped electrolytic tank in which a cathode chamber is isolated from an anode chamber through a diaphragm, a membrane electrode is used as an anode, an auxiliary electrode is used as a cathode, a direct-current regulated power supply supplies a constant current, and the flow of a reaction solution is realized through a pump. In the disclosure, electrocatalysis is coupled with a membrane separation function, an oxygen evolution reaction is replaced with an organic electrochemical oxidation reaction in the anode chamber so as to reduce the overpotential of the oxygen evolution reaction, and a hydrogen evolving reaction is performed in the cathode chamber to prepare high-purity hydrogen.

  • Patent number: 10473550
Abstract: A system remotely detects a gas leakage from a pipeline in an area. The system detects a gas leakage by determining an absorption or emission of gasses in the area. The gas detection system includes at least two light sources. The lasers can include lasers for detecting absorbance of gasses in the area, lasers for stimulating emission of gasses in the area, and lasers for detecting a pathlength. Absorption is determined based on the relative amplitude difference of emitted and reflected light beams. Emission is determined based on an amount emission stimulated by absorbed lasers. Pathlength is determined calculating time of flight of a light beam. The detection system calculates a concentration of the gasses in the area using the determined absorption and pathlength. The detection system can also generate an image representing a gas leakage in the area. The detection system may be attached to an unmanned aerial vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20050281437
Abstract: The present invention tightly integrates and significantly leverages media capture systems to realize a ubiquitous collaborative multi-user environment, referred to as TalkingPaper, taking full advantages of what each unique medium can offer and further enhancing their respective functions and utilities. The invention comprises a paper-pen based knowledge capture subsystem A and a knowledge processing subsystem B. A user uses a subsystem A compliant pen to sketch on a piece of subsystem A enabled paper. The sketching activity, speech and gesture are recorded by the pen, which sends the captured data to a multi-threaded application server of subsystem B for further processing. The server converts and indexes the data to associate and synchronize each line stroke with corresponding audio time frames and enable the content interaction. Thus, users can easily find, select, and replay a session with synchronized speech, text, and video to understand the rationale behind certain ideas or decisions.
