    Abstract: The present invention provides a method, terminal and system for fiber network management. A terminal obtains configuration information from a management system and sending an identifier of a configuration port connected to a fiber to an Optical Distribution Network (ODN) device to allow the ODN device to indicate, according to the configuration port identifier, a corresponding configuration port into which one end of the fiber is inserted. The method includes sending, according to a received first identifier of one end of the fiber and a corresponding configuration port identifier, which are sent by the ODN device, and a second identifier of an other end of the fiber, an identifier of a peer configuration port connected to the fiber to the ODN device to allow the ODN device to indicate, a corresponding peer configuration port into which the other end of the fiber is inserted.
