Abstract: The present invention discloses a multi-view collaborative plant in-situ phenotype acquisition system and a method for collecting and digital twin analysis, comprising a hardware acquisition platform, which comprises a drive wheel module, an omni-directional wheel, a multi-view imaging module and a frame support module; the multi-view imaging module includes a rotary motor, a rotating platform, a reverse U-shaped rotary arm, a stepper motor, a synchronous pulley, a synchronous belt, a small cart, an installation bracket, a visible light camera, and an idler. The hardware acquisition platform enables in-situ, non-destructive, multi-view image acquisition of individual plants in a controlled and natural environment. The supporting analysis method reconstructs the multi-view image sequence into a digital twin model with topological rationality, structural integrity and high fidelity.
